Her horse got injured a little while ago and her vet bill was a bit high and she didn't want to tell her hubby how high it was!
She took a weeks holiday from work ,this week and was working at a private stables to earn some extra money to pay her bill.
Poor thing her finger got caught in a horsebox partition and she lost the top of her finger. They packed it in ice and rushed her to hospital, she was transfered to another hospital and was waiting for the specialist to see if it could be reattached.
How unlucky can someone be,healing vibes please.

lots of healing vibes being sent her way. The things we will do for our horses, luckily (or unluckily) my OH is a horsey person, good side is he will do anything for our horses no matter what the cost. Bad side is he knows how much things cost.

Well her hubby is gonna know now isn't he

Still what a horrible thing to have happened.

Ouch! A friend of mine shattered her cheek bone a while ago when the horsebox partition swung on to her unexpectedly. It's not just horses that are dangerous but everything that goes with them!

unlucky.....................

but very very commendable of trying to earn extra dosh tho, i hope hubby see it that way and then is nice about finger and bill

when i was little, my mam trapped the tip of my little finger in the metal work of the pram, and sliced it right off

back in those days us northerners were made of stern stuff, she just stuck it back on with a plaster and it took

it's a bit of a funny shape now mind you
