My poor Jack Puppy

Jack has to have an op tomorrow. He's had an ulcer for three weeks and it seemed to be getting better but been back to see the vet and it's gotten worse again so he's got to go in tomorrow for an op. They're going to scrape and score it then possibly sew his third eye lid across this eye

Poor little sod. I bet he's quite uncomfortable with that. I scratched my cornea and that was bad enough. Hopefully your vet will work wonders on him.

At least he likes the vets He's so funny though....grumbles when you call him over and while he sits down, lets you put the drops in then walks off grumbling to himself. The vet is used to him and just laughs as he does the same when he's examining him.....then he mugs the vet for a treat afterwards

Daisy had this op a few weeks ago for a little cyst and was absolutely fine.

She has a tiny mark now where it was but her eye isn't red anymore and the vet said it really was a very simple procedure

He's very happy to home and Quila is even happier to have her partner in crime back All went well but they didn't sew the eye lid across. He's got to go back on Monday and he might need that done.

Brig had this done years ago-ulcer caused by thorn in eye. The vet said it was like peeling an onion. The whole eye was sewn shut with a weird button to keep it closed-very odd!
