took my horse up to the vets, so they could have a look at his back, and they ended up keeping him in to do x-rays of this lump he got on his poll. it came up a few months ago, and when the vet looked at it before he said was prob just a burst blood vessel and not to worry....
x-rays show that he's got a hairline fracture on his poll, and he's now got to be turned away till the autumn, then go back for another x-ray.
has anyone ever come across this type of injury before??
