My dog has a pollen-allergy related skin infection, you can give Piriton, the human anti-histamine, just make sure you check dosage with vet.

Our pup is on Homeopathic grass pollen tablets.

My Boston terrier is mildly allergic to tree pollen. Her eyes get red and she sneezes a bit, so I give her one of my homeopathic tablets (Boiron Sabadil) and that does the trick.
