Well a while back I decided im going to save up for four years, leave school, learn to drive and make a liveyr yard and buy a horse. Will after about 3-4 months I currently have 64.52. Although I know it cant buy me much at the moment but hopefulkly with the 4 more years to come it should be alot.

A random post really, Just very please with my self.

Congratulations! Keep at it and avoid the January sales

Hmm, think you might have to save a bit harder - saving at that rate, in four years, you'll have £774 (or a bit more if you put it in the bank and keep all the interest). You might be a bit stuck buying a yard, driving lessons AND a horse for that !

Well done for saving though. Work really, really hard at school, get some solid qualifications and get a decent job, and with any luck, one day you'll get your livery yard and your horse.

good one for savings, i would get as much experiance as you can, if you dont fancy school work as a groom and do your BHS stages.. I wished i had - i went the a levels and uni route at the last minute after being accepted in equestrian college and am now thinking about going back to get my BHS stage 1.
