Daft beasts were lazing when I got up there

so I poked them and then this happened.

Is he the laziest toad in the world. I suspect so!

Sleeping lions! The youngsters play this every morning on our yard, I have to look closely to make sure they are still alive, as they are so out of it! :)

They do often have a kip in the mornings. They're both babies really (grey is 3, bay is 6) Just made me laugh that when I poked him he just groaned and rolled over!

Wanted to check they were both ok. They are. They're just idle! :D

Well I know I'm biased but I do think Nitty is beautiful. Obviously she is the grey. brown horse is the big brown fat thing, unsurprisingly!

Your bay seems like a typical teen in the morning when Mum comes in and tells them to get up from school: they just bury deeper and try to get a bit more kip in! lol. Brilliant pics 80)

That is exactly what he's like. When he was just lying down normally I poked him in the neck and he actually groaned as he lay flat out. Then when he was lying flat out I poked him in his enormous belly and he sat up and properly glared at me. I'll have to change his name to Kevin :D

I have to creep really close to mine to check they are alive but not to wake them- well let sleeping horse lie:D

Jzee, that is a great photo. I wouldn't dare with mine. They're such clumsy oafs they'd probably roll over and squish me!

Jesstickle - I was a bit worried when I saw the humongous size of the them in the photo! They are about the only things in the world that make me look small(er)! Your ponies are lovely, I can't believe they are oafs!

They are both knobbers. If you read any of my past posts you will find various examples of them both exhibiting their knobber like tendancies!

They look nice though so it's ok.
