My spontaneous trip horse shopping in Ireland!

So, all you people who dont think you can trust a vets certificate if its already been vetted when you view the horse- what do you think of vets certs at the sales- Goresbridge, Cavan etc? They are usually done well before the sale.
Always always always revet on the day at the sales!! Only benefit of the presales vetting is to read the notes at the sales before it goes through the ring.

Dusty I LOVE the Kroongraf horse he's stunning. Hate the bay's lefs though looks a nice type to work

I prefer the chestnut too. We've recently bought a filly by Kroongraaf, and she is fab. So easy, laid back, bold, and wow can she gallop. She's only a yearling, but really does have a great attitude to life. Fingers crossed she's the same under saddle.

If you haven't made your mind up yet have a look at
Leinster stud, they have a kroongraaf 4 yo for sale, at only €1.5k.

Thank you Asha- although I am only looking at geldings. I think it will all come down to negotiation; whilst I appreciate he is quality, he is vastly overpriced for a horse that has done nothing.

Whilst I don't know what he is up for I can probably estimate.

Maybe you will negotiate successfully.

Or maybe you need to adjust your expectations of what you have to pay for good quality raw material?
