Is going to be stupidly warm today as he won't catch to have his coat off. V annoying, but still, he obviously knows best.
Dumbass.

Ps I know it's mental to need a rug in July but he's the only one wearing (a v lightweight) one, it's v windy and cold where they are living, which would be ok if it wasn't raining torrentially every night too, and he's full tb and shivers and gets properly cold.

2 of mine have lightweight on at night and they are not the only ones on yard to be rugged. No suggestion for catching him, sorry.

A familiar story for me, mine often where rugs in the summer, this is the uk after all, and on one occasion oneof mine ended up in a medium weight for a week in 20 odd degrees, as we couldn't get near the creature! We tried everything, and you could see her melting. I was unsympathetic.

My old mare would often be awkward to be caught and I often had the same trouble when she needed rugs off. I think she was worse when she was hot and bothered.
