I treasure weekends, working mon-fri, and today I am going for a nice hack on Nancy with a young friend who has an adorable 12.2 (me on 16.3!) and I cant wait. I have stopped aching from getting back in the saddle so all should be well. Nancy is sooo good on the roads too,my confidence is back now, and she'll have 2 massive haynets and a ponynut/hifi/garlic/apple feed before she goes out......I love Sundays, enjoys yours!! xxx

You just made me smile :) Here's my Sunday .....

I'm off to see my boy shortly and I intend to go for a lovely bumble this morning too. I'll take my dog (recently lost one so I'm treasuring my time with my remaining Lab) and anyone else who cares to join me. I'm then off to clip my other ned who's on loan at another local yard. They want their other pony done too so I foresee not getting home until mid-late afternoon. No worries as my OH loves cooking Sunday lunch so I'll get home to a nice roast.

Here's to everyone having a pleasant day today :)
 
Thanks mytwofriends I just read your post out to my Hubby, and he reckons he,ll cook lunch today... Means I can go out and give my horse a good groom. (I can't ride him yet). And I ,ve just repaired my clippers, so I can get his cobby moustache off.


Can't wait for the day when I can get up early on a Sunday and go out for a ride.

Note to self: no more cream eggs.

I too hope to go for a nice plod with my OH when the frost thaws! It is lovely and sunny but still minus temps. Turned my babies out yesterday pm and they really had spring up their bums...lovely to watch but fun to catch!!
 
Some lovely Sunday plans :D

I'm full of stinky cold, so have a date with a sofa and tv remote control. The D's will go and see to the neds, taking Polos to my lass for me :D

A lovely friend sent me the BHS Trec book, so I will be reading that, mooching through various nice websites (though I don't neeeeeed anything lol), and generally trying to relax this blasted cold into submission! I can get back on in two days time...!!! :eek::D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Some lovely sounding Sunday plans.

It's looking pretty drizzly here so having a lazy morning watching Andy Murray then will head to yard about lunchtime. Towel off a soggy pony, then saddle up. Ground was frozen yesterday so the rain will hopefully have softened things. Crazy weather.
