my tb mares mouth waters randomly any ideas??

I have never seen a horse do it before but my tb mare (usally when she first starts to eat a haynet) her mouth waters really bad and she blows little bubbles and dribbles has anyone seen this before?

My old girl dribbles when she is asleep and it absolutely pours out of when I'm scratching her itchy bits.
