Thank you.

I would say to anyone who doesn't like staffies to come & meet Blue, he is just the most adorable boy. He is the most nice natured dog I know, loves everybody & other dogs too.
Husband was trying to cut the grass while I was trying to make dogs run around to get some moving pics, he wasn't best pleased

Aw what nice mutleys you have

Your staff is a stunning colour and looks very leggy - my sis has a staff and Im always amazed and the variety of shapes and sizes they come in! Do you have any other pics of him you could post - Im nosey

What lovely dogs. Never seen a Staffie that shade, but you see many Pit Bulls over this way in that colour (they charge an arm and a leg for them).

Prose - that doesn't surprise me - a blue staffie over here would cost you at least £1,000, I didn't think the blues were than uncommon now but they must be. He's 3 now & I first saw a blue about 5 years ago and said I must have one. I'm glad you have Stella home now & she's doing well, the last pic I saw of her you would never know what she'd just been through, bless her.

Dublinbay - yes he is leggy, I believe he has Irish in him because they are much taller than the true staffie. A standard should stand between 14-16 inches. Blue is around 19 inches. The boys will always be slightly taller than the girls. He is my 3rd now and my first boy, my last 2 were girls & were both short & stocky. I am keeping him lean as staffies do tend to get overweight very easily. As a pup he looked like an ordinary staff but as he grew his legs didn't stop!! But I wouldn't change him for the world - he really is an absolute joy to have. His tail never stops wagging. Here are a couple more of him when he was younger.

I agree the Staff is a lovely colour, but being totally biased I love your Shepherd, she has a great head and expression. She reminds me of my Buffy. Was she from the Kesyra kennels or am I confusing you with someone else?

MM - No she's a Marinita shepherd with Shotann/Grangehey lines. I am pretty sure it was Mizelz (sp) aunty who bought a beautiful puppy, that may have been from Kesyra. I have bought her to breed, will be getting her hip scored in August & depending on her score will plan a litter next year, after she's 2. I am very excited about it. I hope I have better luck than I'm having at the moment trying to get my mare in foal!!

Ginab - thank you for your nice comments. Yes, she has got big, I forget she's still a puppy sometimes.

Yes I think it was somebodys aunt, so expect it was Mizelz. Having seen her lines it does explain her resemblance to my girls, a lot of the same animals in their pedigrees. Good luck with her hip scores and your future breeding plans.
