FACT...Deputy Judge S. Kainth hasn't the power to REVERSE his original decision
FACT...the horses have only a temporary stay til the High Court Case.
FACT...no mention of the animals destined for Auction.
FACT...nowhere has it been PROVEN that JG bought these animals for £1..even though it is agreed they are semi-feral, so it's possible.
FACT... after buying for £1, what woul be the point of selling them for £5??? He'd get at least £150 on the hook.
FACT...NOWHERE has it been proven that he is a "Meatman"..whatever THAT may be!!
FACT...if, as its been reported, the RSPCA has offered to waive his costs, HE obviously thinks he has a good chance of getting them ALL back...
FACT.......and the most important......

THIS IS FAR FROM BEING OVER......FOR BOTH PARTIES.
FACT!

There were no more than 10 at the very most which were semi-feral. But I addmit, you seem to know more then me about the possible prices of such horses.

The RSPCA has offered to waive his costs, and I'm sure he must have spent £1000's already, yet he refused. But people do not ask themselves as to WHY he would refuse this offer. I believe the costs to be £154,000. For someone who had apparently starved his animals almost to death in order to cut costs, this seems like a pretty stupid thing to do. According to press releases these animals were destined for slaughter. As I'm sure you know, even if he won everyone of them back they would not reach that kind of money. I assume they would not even reach the money he has already spent in legal costs alredy. If I was JG I would do what he is doing - I would most certainly want to clear my name and get back any pets. ALL to which the rspca addmitted were NOT at risk and were in GOOD CONDITION.

No, thank you for seeing sense. It's a shame most people just believe what they WANT to believe. And the most disturbing FACT is - they all claim to be horse/animals lovers.

I agree with MyJack that we are not aware of all the facts relating to the case. I have watched with interest the way in which the RSPCA seem to have manipulated the media and demonised the family. To date, we have only heard one side of the story. If conditions were so bad on the Gray's farm, why, when presented with the evidence of experienced vets, did the judge decide to return animals because they are not at risk?? Also, if JG had reacted in the way the RSPCA did to a judge's ruling, I'm sure there would have been further public outcry.
