Hi guys, I’m having trouble with my myler comfort snaffle with d-rings. When I use it it seems to come up “high” like the rings are too big. They look like they’re rubbing on his top molars. What do you think? If I lowered the bridle straps would this make a difference or not? He goes really well in it and it was a bit expensive so I’m gutted ? thanks for any help!

I can't see properly but the bit looks a bit high so try letting it down a bit, just had to comment but that bridle doesn't fit your cheek straps are way too long the buckle should be level with the eye, using it like that completely makes the whole concept of it useless because its supposed to take pressure off the nerves in the face but the buckles are sitting directly on it like that.

Agree with Pinkvboots about the bridle and it also looks like the bit is too big. The D rings should be snug to the mouth corners. There is no need for a gap to prevent lip pinching like with a loose ring bit.
