yes and well my boy is over bent and i think he is uncomfortable in his normal snaffle. were doing lots of bending and also flexing and giving but he is still over bent. i got it this morning and i have it on 3 weeks trial to see how he goes! hopefully will be a lot nicer for him and he will accept it better

i just replied to a post about this bit!! its in stable yard....but yes i liked it and my mare did as well....even if she played around with her tongue! its early days and she has to learn to trust the bit but i was impressed!

Hi there hiron86c,

I ride my young warmblood in a dressage legal myler comfort snaffle - and she goes really well in it!

She didnt really know what a contact was when I got her, and was very fussy in her mouth which led to her backing off my leg - myler to the rescue and all has been just lovely since!

Just be a bit careful and give your horsey plenty of time to get used to the different action of the bit- it will feel really different for your horse,

Good luck

thanks gemsie i will! we will just have a walk and maybe a small trot in it in the school tonight see what happens. i have three weeks to make my mind up so thats good!

oooh worked wonders for my horse - absolutely love it! He was really inconsistent in his contact, often fighting the bit and then dropping the contact. So we tried him in the myler comfort snaffle - and what a change it has made!

Totally recommend this bit! Hope you get on well with it!

When I got mine, first off (as instructed by Hilary Vernon) we were in the school only to get the horse used to the feel of the independent moveable parts. So we did the following:

walk large round school
20m circle in walk at A & C
Change rein and repeat

then 10m circles at B & E
Change rein and repeat
