Mysterious Lumps

My dales X has this one small hard lump, it is just left of the breast and down from his shoulder. It is approx 3cm in diameter. It is under the skin and the skin is moveable around it. It doesn't bother him if I touch or brush it. He has had it a few weeks and it doesn't seemed to have changed size. And there doesn't seem to any more lumps on him. Do you think there is any cause for concern and should I call the vet?
Would be grateful for any advice

sky has about 6 all over his back luckily none on his spine, we had the vet out and they said there was nothin wrong, but to be on the safe side i'd get the vet

Maybe just a cyst if you're worried get the vet out.

It could be fly bites or allergic reaction probablt best to get the vet out if its only one though
