my horse has these weird bumps showing up all of a sudden. one on his leg and one under his stomach. the stomach showed up a day after the one on his leg did. the scar on his leg has been there for years so it doesn’t have anything to do with that. they are warm to the touch and the swelling goes down when iced, but horse does not show any sign of pain when touched or poked around it. they are jiggly and almost dough like, but feel hard in the center. anyone have any idea what it could be? horse was on stall rest due to muddy pastures and an abcyss so he didn’t have much of a chance to injure himself outside. we are thinking allergic reaction to a bug bite but wanted to know if anyone had any other ideas.
