Liver enzymes hadn't improved on the last blood test 2 weeks ago and she was very down/quiet. I was thinking the worst even though vet said it could still just be a virus but as she was so not herself I wasn't hopeful. I got some milk thistle which she's been on about a week and a half now and the difference in her is incredible
She's feeling so well again I decided to lunge her. Well, she cantered .. And cantered .. And galloped for a bit then bucked/bronked then finally settled down a bit and she's been bombing around the field with her friends too. She's prancing in/out to the field again, getting a few more if her mareish tantrums back too unfortunately but I tackled that once so I can do it again.
Does feel slightly like 3 hard years of working with her down the drain as she's acting like a 5 year old again but nevermind! I'm just pleased we are hopefully heading in the right direction and blood results in a couple of weeks will reflect that I hope
