Naf In the Pink seems to have good reviews. But I'm concerned about feeding it to my native as ive also read it causes weight gain and sore feet. How common is this?

Haven't seen In the Pink but NAF Pink Powder and Haylage Balancer, which have almost identical ingredients lists, both made our 2 riding horses footy. The retired cob seemed OK but she was on soft ground. I have avoided NAF products since that episode.

At a concentrated dose of 32g a day I would highly doubt it would be the cause of footiness.
I don't remember what the dose was that ours had, it's several years ago but it was most definitely PP/HB that caused the footiness. It was Christmas time, so no new grass growth and nothing else in the management changed. They live at home. We stopped the PP and footiness resolved.

What issue are trying to address by feeding it?

It’s just brewers yeast with some bulk fillers. Brewers yeast will be much cheaper
