Naf Oestress and Magic

I've started my mare on Oestress and we've just finished the loading period. She's been a baggage! Active ingredients are herbs and 'Calcined Magnesite' (What ever that is).

We are going to a show tomorrow, and it's our first show for a while, and it's on grass. Iwas planning to gve her a syringe of Naf Instant Magic because she gets quite tense and stressy- and then thought.......Calcined Magnesite and Magnesium sound very similar.

Will I be overdosing her?

You can't overdose on magnesium - any that the body doesn't want or need is excreted - mainly in the urine - so you should be ok

Calcined magnesite and magnesium are the same thing, just manufactured different for different purity. If she is on CalMag she should need any further supplementation of Mg - but she may need a little more in spring or around her season.

CalMag is a cheap way to feed Mg at around £10.43 for 25kg.

If you are paying more than that for the Oestress, you are paying for the packaging.
