Has anyone found the liquid form of Respirator makes their horse rather lively? The first time I used it there were a few factors I thought might be causing the over enthusiasm, including the Respirator just making her feel well. I've just started a new bottle and 2 days later she wants to charge round at 90 miles an hour so starting to wonder. Is there anything in it that might cause this sort of reaction? It doesn't seem to happen with the powder.

I've got my 15.2hh TB X Welsh D mare on it and she does seem more spritely, but then I put it down to the grass coming through, she's not silly with it, but never though about the Respirator, she is on her 2nd bottle....

if it has helped her breathing maybe she feels she is able to gallop round at 90mph whereas before she couldn't. never heard of anything like this before but i will follow with interest.

Thanks for the suggestions, not sure what to think really. Maybe it's just coincidence but both times within a few days she's become very lively - more like a child that's had too many E numbers than just feeling well. she did settle down again fairly quickly last time so I'll see what she's like over the next few days.

I found that it made my horse feel so well and he was just so happy he was nuts for a while, then settled down. If she settled down last time I would stick with it.

This was so obvious with my lad we always knew when he wasn't feeling great as he went quiet. At one point his over enthusiasm was so bad I jokingly I should take him off it as I was safer when he couldn't breath lol

Imagine you can't breath well for so long then suddenly you can, you would jump and run around for a while
