We loved their xc clothing at YHL but my Grand daughter was with me so didnt want to order there. I contacted them after and placed an order by email as they said I could have the price offered at YHL and the order form didnt allow me to do this. I paid on paypal but never received my order. I emailed to say I had paid and was told it would be sorted. I havent received it. Yesterday I emailed but no reply today I phoned but it went to answer phone so left message. I am getting worried as it is a Xmas present. Does anyone know them and should I worry.
