Some of you might remember me posting about stumbling upon a naked man in the woods whilist I was out on my boy towards the end of April (kneeling up with a porn mag infront of him). I've not been able to post anything until now because it was a live investigation. But now, despite one of the many other people who saw him making a positive ID, the case has been dropped! Why? Because she didn't see his penis!
I had to go to an ID parade as well but because he was wearing a baseball cap at the time I saw him, and all the pics were of a man with no hat on, I couldn't recognise him. Oh, and the reason he wears hats all the time when he's out exposing himself (and doing other more unsavoury things) is because he's got really long hair. Presumably it's part of his disguise. Every time he's been spotted he's been wearing some kind of hat.
The police are really frustrated but the CPS said they wouldn't take it any further. Police are now trying for an ASBO.
