We had a gelding called Dottie but everybody thought he was a mare! my friends gelding is called freckles.........Do you know his parentage is there something you can use from that, I have always thought it unlucky to change a horses name which is why I know have a mare named Cilla!!!! I have always liked the name Soloman for a gelding or you could call him polo......

Yes the one and same 17 years old Cleveland Bay Cross owned since he was 4 and currently turned away as a Companion in an effort to get him sound and he is as lovely as he looks and the best horse I have ever owned and lives up to his pet name of Gully Bear as he is that affectionate and oh god I miss sitting on hime to tear around XC but unfortunatly thats the way it is.
