are there any good websites for 'generating' horse names? my mare is still chestnut filly on her passport, so must get round to changing it!!cant think of anything though as I am cr@p at stuff like this!!

I wish I had a mare, I have so many girls names in my head. If you google horse names or dog names there are millions of websites.

However if it were me Id call her one of these

Not the most inspiring set of names!! oh, and her stable name is Angel!!! nice or what!!! please let it be quite clear that I DID NOT call her this, but unfortunatly she knows her name, and I have always been told its bad luck to change!!

I've always wanted to change my horses name on his passport to 'bucking follocks' just wanted to hear it over the tannoy at a show!!

When I bought my old mare she was called Rhoda Comfrey after some character in a detective thingy. I made Rhoda her stable name and competed as Shady Lady (her not me )
