National ban on movement of animals

Does this include horses?

I live on the Lincs/Notts border and just wonder if shows etc will be cancelled this weekend.

No only cloven footed animals. Most shows are carrying on down here.

It only includes horses inside the zones where they are on units or holdings that also have cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, llamas.

you are free to move you horse around but suggest not on/off agricultural holdings with livestock.

and of course not into the restriction zones in surrey

You are also not allowed to ride over any farm land inside or outside of the zones.

You are not allowed to move camels or elephants too!

no - you're not allowed to move the animals - but the people and cars are moving round unrestricted on all public rights of way and there are no disinfectant mats on any of the roads

and of course defra can shift lorry loads of dead infected animals 100 miles across farmland areas to get them incinerated.
