Hello, don't post that often but just wanted some advice and a warning this might get long .....

Pony is a faily good doer 7yo welsh C, he's internally stressy if that makes sense. He occasionally cribs, this will sound stupid but it is mainly if the weather is bad and he's being rugged for turnout (he HATES rain)- Not at feed times.

He's become very girthy but does settle with walking between putting up the girth. Saddle fits, he's in good health coat looks good and is fed a high fibre diet no mollases or cereals and isn't left without forage for long at all.

He is ridiculously sensitive and does not react to things how you would expect a pony to at all. So it could just be another of his longggg list of quirks.

I know ulcers are 'in vouge' so to speak at the moment, and maybe I'm clinging to there is something wrong with him rather than another quirk.

So basically my question is, what are the chances of a good doer, native in good condition with the only stomach issues we seem to have is slightly hard droppings than I'd like, have ulcers?

Thank you if you got this far :)
