Hi, I have been on natural horse supplies which sell lots of different supplements. Does anyone recommend using them? Are they as good as naf for example? I know they're a lot cheaper!

I've used them. good service and products.

They do what they claim to do, and I agree with the comment that there are no nasty fillers or questionable ingredients

That all sounds encouraging. Thanks. Do any of you know which one is most like naf pink powder. I'm thinking of giving it to one of my geldings.

PP active ingredients are yea sacc, brewers yeast and magnesium. What exactly are you hoping to achieve by feeding it? Any specific issue?

My aim in using pink powder is to try and calm and settle my gelding. He's very spooky and nappy but can be lazy then fizzy. If all that makes sense. I was reading some other comments people have put on here about pink powder and they reckon it's great and it has in most cases calmed their horses down.

I use them regularly, they're a good company, products are good and service is too.
However, I also use Pink Powder from time to time and think its an excellent product.

I have used this company lots of times and i find them very good and their products good quality and value for money so would definately recommend. If you are using pink powder as a calmer I think they do a herbal calmer that i have used in the past or you could try a combination of yeasacc and magnesium. Different horses respond to different approaches as far as calmers are concerned.

Thanks for the great feedback re Pink Powder! Here at NAF we wouldnt normally suggest Pink Powder to be used as a calmer. It is jam packed with vits, mins, amino acids and pre and pro biotics so is more of a feed balancer, helping horses get the most out of the forage and hard feed you are giving them. Although a horse happy in its tummy will of course be a calmer horse! If you need a regular calmer then NAF manufacture Magic, either in a powder or liquid. The liquid is generally stronger.

Thanks again for the feedback!

I use Natural Horse Supplies quite a lot - in fact I've just ordered some stuff for myself and another livery tonight - they are quick to deliver and no added bulking agents. Highly recommended!

I frequently use them to buy magnesium for weight/laminitis prevention and know that magnesium can be used as a calmer for some horses, however i have to say it doesnt seem to have any effect on my horses' fizzyness! but great service in my experience.

I use them and would rcomend, all natural ingredients and no nonsense to bulk it out i won't buy the brand named supplements when you read the ingredients they have a tiny ammount of the active herb etc in thier and cost a small fortune read up on what each herbs does to trial resolving any issue this is what i did with my horse and the website for this compny is very good the herbs are broken down into catorgories and theres a breif explanation fo why each ingredient is used which is very helpful i did lots of research before making a descion on which might best help my mare and it worked a treat as was considerably cheaper than the more trendy tack shop offerings.
