I'm thinking about groundwork classes for my horse and me. I feel I'm constantly battling with him, he thinks he's my equal or pretty close to it. He isn't dangerous, just exhausting, bargey and rude. I did a days work at a riding school recently as a favour and it was a pleasure to be around their horses which has brought it home to me how much I have to work at home. Can anyone recommend a natural horsemanship practitioner in the South East of Ireland. I'm very BHS and have always thought Parrelli a bit of a twit but I would really like to think my horse and I are working together rather than having to be on his case. I'd be happy to have even one lesson, just so I can be observed with how I react to him and him to me so we could have a few pointers on how to progress.
