I am looking for a new Trainer as i have relocated up to Bristol.
My chap is a 16.2hh TB that has just recovered a bad barbed wire incident to his foot. He's 14 years and arthritic and so i'm just putting him into light work/hacking.
I have had him for almost 4 years now and he was in a right mess when he arrived. Major trust and confidence issues. I turned him away to my friends to be a horse with her hurd which did him the world of good and have slowley been working with him from the ground to build up his trust and confidence. We have done some light riding but still have some problems to work through together.
He is a lovely chap and i would just like to enjoy light hacks and trips to the beach etc...We do need to do some work with him which is why i need a Trainer to assist in the ground work and some of the issues he has being ridden.
Does anyone know a reputable Natual Horsemanship Trainer in or around the Bristol area???
