I leave the room for a minute and this is what I come back to...

He at least looked slightly embarassed about it! He was sat peering over the edge of the sofa at it

Oh well, it'll teach me to leave plates on the floor I guess

Plus they were very cheap and I wanted new ones anyway (OH has smashed most of the other ones!)

Here is his latest party trick too

He goes bananas for his dinner and if you ask for anything you get it at lightening speed and several times, just to make sure, he goes through his whole repertoire occasionally just to make sure he does the right thing

He had the grace to look even more embarassed by the whole thing when I first caught him

But then he saw the camera come out and started posing

He really did!! I had to laugh

The bone is too heavy for him to keep in his mouth (as he has a really gentle mouth and barely grips anything he carries) so it must have fallen out as he jumped on the sofa, he was just sat there looking worried!

Otto wasn't being naughty he was just putting his bone on the plate to keep things tidy

......its your fault for not having proper spaniel proof plates.....

Thanks for the vid - I just played it and now Sweep is running about barking looking for Otto!!!!
