Can anyone help??
My BWP is kept with a part-retired Irish Cob that the YO owns and I look after.
The two of them are in the same field together in winter, but now our grass is starting to grow so the electric fencing has to come back out of storage.
My WB is allowed whole field to himself as he doesn't stuff himself silly like Paddy the IC does - So Paddy has to be sectioned to prevent him getting lami.
Now is where the problem starts; Paddy knows he can't jump, run through, roll under the electric fencing, so he cunningly picks the posts out of the ground with his teeth. He'll do this with about 3 posts until the electric tape has nearly fallen to the ground so he can step over it.
Is there anything I can do to stop him doing this?? I've tried crib-off on the posts to deter him, but it doesn't seem to bother him!
HELP!
