Near miss video.

Saw this on face book, the guy even had the nerve to post that he had the right to drive like a rally driver. That along with the usual horses shouldn't be on the road and other horsey people slating the leader as useless with horses! Left a bad taste in my mouth that some people do not see this solely as dangerous driving!

I quite like a comment about this which states 'hope he meets an oak tree face to face'.
I didn't know he 'confessed to being there', but his attitude needs dealing with before he kills someone innocent.
 
Can the police not do something if they know who he is?

What an absolute ignoramus (putting it kindly), and what an amazing horse to not even blink an eye.

The woman standing right out in the road was a bit worrying though. I think I would have stayed close to the horse - he had an awful lot of rope to play with had he decided to do something.
 
I hope the Police will search for him, if he posted on Facebook. The oncoming car was forced to stop.

How does the ******** motorist regard pedestrians and cyclists in his quest for Rally Car status. He should be banned.
 
I think the reason she moves out in to the road is that she hears him coming, moves out waves at him to alert him to her presence and then moves back to the horse.

On the site where I saw it they published his name and his reg and a screen shot of him boasting about it.

I believe it's all been past to the police

I bet it woke the other driver up!
 
Yes I saw it on my facebook feed too, absolutely shocking behavior! I thought it looked like she was trying to signal that she was there and possibly get the driver to slow down too Sukistokes.

That poor other driver too! If that were me in the oncoming car I think I would have had a heart attack, drivers like that are accidents waiting to happen to someone else and they scare the bejesus out of me!

I did see on my feed that the police have been told who he is, I hope they throw the book at him and then literally throw the book at him, it might knock some sense into him!
 
I have this happen to me a lot when I'm hacking back from a hunt alone, luckily me and my boy are seasoned hunters so we don't take much notice but I have had one clip my stirup iron before, which did make me go a bit pale and feel a bit sick after. The worst is when I hear them approaching slowly and when they realise I'm a hunter due to my attire they put their foot down.
