Ned beat Cookie up!

I've just edited because I thought that you might have gone down that route :) It will come in useful in the future as well as now - if Cookie gets a bit portly, or if the gateway gets poached etc.

Hehe! I did imagine bashing in plastic posts with one of those things...

Annoyingly, I left 200m of tape at the old yard, because I replaced the barbed wire that ripped Ned's legs. Wish I could go and get that back!
Yes, it'll be useful to have, but my bank balance is not my friend at all...

Don't forget to research how to care for him post operation too. Ask your vet for details on managing the incision site, avoiding it closing over too fast, etc.

My mini gelding, rising 4 loves to play and drives the mares bonkers. They threaten but won't tell him off, apart from one! He never tried it again with her and she had to rescue the others on occasion. Hopefully cookie has learnt his lesson now and won't mess with Ned again :-)

No probs, if u need any more let me know, am not a million miles from you & would certainly be cheaper to pop here & borrow some than buy anymore :)

I have lots of the stuff thanks to my useless bunch of equines that in summer are allowed approx 3 blades of grass each......

My vets are very good at letting customers pay off bills in monthly instalments, check with your vet if this is possible, if so you can get him booked for gelding straight away. If he's nearly 4 be prepared for quite a bit of blood after it's done

I have also got posts and tape you could borrow. Can't you ring the place you ordered from in the morning to see if you can cancel the order?
