as above really, am having real trouble with them,, i contacted my PIO and they admit they may not have sent all breeding info as yet (fair enough is early days) so thats sort of sorted, but as for the recorded owner i checked and double checked with my PIO who confirmed i was down as reg owner and keeper <<<<<< now >>>> ned are saying am not down as owner someone else is!!!!

how alarmed am i>>>> and how dangerous is it to hold incorrect information>>> and where did they get their information from anyway if not the PIO!!!!!! Was looking forward to NED thought was a great concept now am scared to death what information they have and how they get it so wrong!!!(in my case) hows everyone else getting on!!!!

Didn't know NED were actually up and running yet - I know it's been delayed for ages. TBH as so many horses change hands, I don't see how it can ever be truly up to date. Passports aren't proof of ownership anyway, they just identify the horse - whole thing is a complete farce IMHO

We've had a thread running about this in the breeding section for the last week or so. SHBGB are due to pass a new datafile to NED in the next couple of weeks so if your horse is registered with them then it might work after that. If not, you should contact NED directly to try and resolve the issues.

my only gripe is that the Irish Horse Board aren't contributing data so one of my boy's breeding isn't on there.

Well I've just looked at nedonline.co.uk and there is no search box, they say it is not running yet and no owner info will be displayed....so I am really confused now!
