Need your help please guys. Currently trialling a used Swain/Humphries Holistic GP. The older Freedom Holistic tree, not the lovely Semi-Flex...I wish

I'm very impressed with it, pleasantly surprised actually as it looked a little tired, definitely been used! Cleaned up nicely enough. It needs some tweaking to make it perfect for one of the horses. Small width adjustment and the flocking balanced as it tends to lift a bit at the back. Not bounce, just not as still as I'd like to see it. Don't think it will take much to make it an excellent fitting saddle.
So, I'm looking for a fitter who is familiar with this type of saddle. Can anyone recommend a fitter in Mid Norfolk?

i've got a few Swain/Humphries saddles and in fact took 1 today to be checked on its fitting by Mark Fisher. he's near Kings Lynn and travels, and is an absolutely excellent saddler, can't recommend highly enough. mine didn't need altering but we talked about it and i know he could easily alter it if required.
the alternative is to get a wither pattern taken of your horse, with some good pictures of its back, and send them with the saddle to Barrie at Walsall for alteration there. i'm going soon to take 1 of mine back for a total panel change etc, from french to full panel.
btw, some of us think the holistic is better than the semi-flex...

Thanks for the recommendation kerilli.

Was thinking it would be wise to send it to Barrie for a once over if I buy it. Could easily pop a template and pictures in the box too. Then use Mark Fisher for check ups.

Just need another Swain/Humphries Holistic in wide now for a complete set.

I sent mine to Barrie to be altered. I sent a wither pattern and a few pics of it on my horse. They restuffed it and altered the width for about £80 and it was back in a few days. Very good folk to deal with and lovely saddles.
