Hi,
I am in desperate need of a lockable storage box for the yard. Not too big but enough for all my extra stuff. I have seen some in argos and b+q but they seem to be quite flimsy and expensive for what they are (helped a friend put one together!)
Would like one that's not too big like the one from b+q, as trying to clear out stuff not get more! Any ideas much appreciated! Alison

I've just inherited one from a friend - a water tank, that her dad fixed hinges on the back edge of the lid. They put a ring on the front, and a chain from the lid that clips on the ring. Not sure how much the tank cost in the first place, but must've been cheap for them to bother making it!

my small halfords one is great, so much so almost every livery has copied me! The lid does sometimes come off when crammed really really full but with a padlock and closed it's not easy to break into. It's black with a yellow lid. struggling to find it online but if i do i'll post a link

i got mines from b+q and they arent that flimsy taz has managed to have both his front feet on mines without it breaking, and i can sit on it with four other people and it is still working :D and it has definately been worth the £55 i paid for it before xmas :D oh and taz is a 16.2 ID if that gives you more of an indication to how not flimsy it is

That wld be great if u could post a link! Was looking for something slightly smaller than b+q one as not much space outside stable with various muck forks/mounting block etc!

Focus Diy do a box, it's in their garden centre bit and is meant for chair cushions but it's cheaper and slightly thinner than the B&Q one.

Or the company that makes them are called KETER you should check out their website as they do everything from storage boxes up to plastic sheds!!!
