I've just bought one of the first horses i've really seen potential in to compete at a high level, i'm still very young, and have so much support from my mum which i'm very lucky with.
I've always had very good horses where along the line haven't for whatever reason been able to carry on working with to get to compete on which has really sucked, but i've had lots of good things said about my new boy and how capable he is, he's going to need some work on the flat and jumping, (abit of a project)
But has anoyone else been sooo worried about spoiling something so special? This time next year if my plans are working out well, I should be just where i'd like to be to be spending the late summer competing Fox Hunter level then most likely get another horsey to get straight out competing on.
I'm just scared of it all going wrong really, probably worrying to much. I've got plenty of support behind me, lots of talent, a horse with so much potential and a great trainer.
If everything does 'back fire' (fingers crossed it wont!) I can always work for my mum.
A pointless post and i'm far to young to be worrying this much as i've got years to see what comes around the corner! I was just wondering if anyone else has ever felt like this?
If you get through this essay then Birthday Cake from me for everyone in the morning, its my birthday tomororrrrrrrrrowwwwwwwwwwwwww
