BC is correct, a DAP, clothes, and tuff love ain't gonna work without a routine, and this has to be done in a delicate manor, sever SA is horrific to deal with and horrific for the dog, OP if you want a gradual guide then PM me you email addy.
Aslo im not suprised she has reacted this way at bed time, it's to much to soon, you really need to invest in a crate for her to remain in your bedroom in the crate (lovely snuggly bed) cover over and door closed (which u can do when u are in the room) u then move the crate down stairs, cover still in place, this way, he has moved room but she doesnot experience such an upheavel because u slept in the room in the crate and has been moved in the crate (the crate becomes the positive) as she now finds it hard to distinguish the actual change, changing her rooms immediatley and her seeing her sorrounding and u not there will cause alot of stress.
