Need some advice making a massive decision

to cut a long story short i bought a mare to ride, she had a suprise foal, i have now decidied to sell and get get something more suited to me when foal is weaned in december/Jan time

Now, the foal is amazing very well handled fab temprement moves beautifully & has seen alot for her age (around 4months)
As i don't know the size of the stallion i have no idea how big she will grow
Would she still be saleable? and how much should i expect to get for her?

You would be able to sell her, I am not sure how much for though tbh. The market is not great & a lot of very well bred foals are currently for sale at knock down prices. Perhaps have a look on HorseMart & other sites and compare your filly to them.

Will you be selling the mare as well?

ideally i'd like to loan the mare as she didnt have the best start however if i were to find the right home i would consider it

Im not entirely sure but when i measured from the top of the hoof to the middle of the knee it was about 13 inches

As far as I am aware you do this measurement at 9 months to get a accurate height.
