Had to rush Matty dog to the vets today. She was very poorly. She has just had emergency surgery and they found a lump the size of a tenis ball in her stomach. It had burst and she was bleeding to death! The next 12 to 24 hours are critical so please keep everthing crossed for her. I can't stop crying but I need to think positive for her.

Oh, ((((((Mattilda)))))
I am so sorrry. Will keep all fingers and toes crossed and do a lot of praying as that works even better. Keep us updated.
Have they said what the lump was and have you had a biopsy done?
Let us know. We'll all be here holding our breathes for you!

The lump could be one of three things but won't know for sure 'til it's been tested. Could be a big blood blister, a benign tumour or a malignant tumour. The vet, who is also a good friend, thinks it's probably one of the first two. He said he had a good look round her tum and couldn't find anything else. He's going to ring me later and let me know how she's doing.

Fingers crossed for u and your doggi...hope everything goes ok

Some news please, is she okay?
I am so pleased you have a vet for a friend, that means you are getting the best information you can get...if he says it looks like something benign it probably is. Now she just needs to get back home where you can love her as quickly as possible.
Be sure if she has to stay a while at the vet's that you bring her her favorite blankie, or something that smells of you as this is a big comfort for her.
Love ya
