HI, I am looking for a yard that can be either run as a livery yard (could be excisting) or just for my 5 horses with or without accomodation but ideally would require someone to live on - perhaps the owners? I need a menage and at least 10 acres if it is going to be livery as well.
My husband works near Garstang and can not move as it is his own business and so we need to be within a half hourish radius of this. I have to move from the yard I am on and really need to get sorted out. Please help me if you can
