Need to sell my tot's sec. A :(

aww isnt she lovely..you cruel person not rugging her lol

there are so many natives out there(which arent old or ill) rugged why???if they were in the wild/moors they wouldnt be thats why they grow a nice wooly coat and feathers, some owners just like rug to follow others

a friend of mine has QHs and other ponies unrugged and out 24/7 aslong as they got some sort of shelter natural or man made and feed they will do just fine

our little simba is unrugged ..ok all the liveries do come in at night but hes still unrugged..thick coat and warm

Aww all you cruel people lol :D Mine is clipped out coz I can't deal with the hair when she starts shedding plus trying to work her with what seems like 6 inches of extra hair is a nightmare  She was in 2 heavyweights at one point last month and still dropped a bit of weight (it was -18.5C tho for a couple of nights  ) She came off the mountain aged 5 so she was v hardy, then went straight into living out in a field all year round for another 5 years but when she came to me I pampered her :o and she decided she liked it :D

I must confess that I do rug ours but it's only because he is grey and the mud here is terrible all winter and there isn't a stable to pop him into to dry off before scraping mud off before riding. He wasn't rugged last year as wasn't being ridden over the winter. Hope you don't think I am being soft :)
