I would just write your issues in your objections letter - advise that the close proximity would be too close and would likely cause undo stress to your horses (maybe put in stable door windows at the back overlooking where the house would be so you could leave them open and the horses would then be staring right at their brick wall / into their home through the window?!). Id say that you're muck heap is nearby and you assume you will not have to move it as that would be very impractical and cause you undo stress. Id also state that 2m isn't a big enough gap should you need to get in behind your stables for maintenence etc.? Not sure what else you can do...
