Hi all,
My second pair of Muck Boot Tyne's (the riding style ones) have just died on me over the weekend. Each pair I've had has lasted for one winter, but have been abused considerably, so I'm not complaining too much. (They always crack at the side of the widest part of the foot, just above the ball of the foot).
I desperately want a new pair ready for the coldest days of winter, but the pennies are short at the moment, so I was wondering if any of you could recommend some long neoprene boots, suitable for riding in as well as yard duties, that are a bit cheaper than the Muck Boots (which are approx. £75 give or take). I know Just Togs do some neoprene boots - 1. Are the JT ones any good? 2. Are the JT "Tall" boots suitable for riding in?
Or are there any other cheaper makes of neoprene boots?
As I said, I love my Muck Boots, but at £75 a time for just one winter, I want to try and give some cheaper ones a go to see if they will last just as long (and be equally warm!).
