Nerves are getting the better of me!

We are going to a driving clinic today, my first event driving, and my nerves are a-jangling!! Have been awake since half 5, trying to talk myslef into thinking everything is going to be fine, don will behave, I will remember everything I have been taught, and then I panic because I cant remember if the belly band goes inside or outside of the traces!!!
