i know there are lots of nervous nellies on here, and often people recommend TFT stuff for them... well, i just had an email from Ashen Equestrian, which is in Suffolk somewhere... here it is, in case anyone is interested:

“3 Proven Steps To Keep Your Fears From Holding YOU Back - Reduce Negative Emotions In One Day!”
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) releases the negative emotional charge on past memories and future anxiety by tapping on specific meridian points on the body. Our clients are making profound shifts in their riding and in their life after learning how to do this.
We have been asked by many of our course attendees if we could provide a more in-depth workshop on the use of TFT and so we have created this workshop in response to that request.
TFT has been used very successfully for the following issues:
• Fears & Phobias
• Addictive Cravings
• Pain and Other Physical Challenges
• Overcoming Traumas
• Stress Management
• Riding Performance
In this workshop you will learn how to apply basic TFT Algorithms for a number of issues. The workshop includes demonstrations as well as “hands-on” supervised practice. You will also learn how to use a guided relaxation to enhance your experience.
• When: Saturday 18th December
• Where: Ashen Equestrian Centre
• Time: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Cost: £150.00
To book your place on this fantastic day telephone Chris Chapman on 0787 6613705
"P.S. You’ll be amazed at how simple and easy it is to apply all of these techniques to your riding and your life.”

Hi. If you look up ashen equestrian centre via google you'll find Becky runs lots of courses and specialises in confidence workshops. Shes a fantastic instructor and I recommend her! I've even come out of lurker status to reply to your post :o She really is brilliant for people who need a confidence boost. I was actually at hers last night having a simulator lesson after a year out of riding due to pregnancy.
