6 weeks ago i would feel physically sick at the sight of a 2ft jump, even worse if it was a straight.
I would be so tense that i'd ache afterwards and i had a few near misses from refusals and run outs..
Sweat (A LOT of sweat) Some genuine tears, determination and money (bleeding me dry) i completed my first 3ft course at a massive show in a scary new arena this weekend.
I just want to show those who are battling nerves/confidence issues that it CAN be done, little by little, step by step with the right instructor and the right horse.
Today i casually had a play around in the school and popped over 2'9 like it was nothing, full of confidence.
Onwards and upwards!
(I wont bore you with the hundreds of photos i purchased from the weekend)
