I joined a week or so ago, and haven't received my welcome pack yet.

The fly stuff was all in April DB and I got some sweet itch salve and it really helped clear up a sore bit on my baby boy pony's head where the midges got him before he had his fly mask on
I might email them then and ask where it is as the deliveries round here are a bit rubbish and it might have gone walkies

My stuff took at least a couple of weeks to arrive but i am really pleased with it. the itch salve stuff is great
