Hi there,
I've been recommended the Neue Schule NS Elevator bit for my strong speedy showjumper. From what i've read it sounds like a good bet so i've got one on trial from a bit bank.
But, having never used this type of bit i'm not sure exactly how to fit it (on the bridle - where do reins attach etc).
I'm taking my horse to hire a course tomorrow in the spirit of trying a new bit out before a comp so really could do with the advice before then - so if anyone has used one could you explain it to me!?
Some people on other websites i've looked at seem to call dutch gags elevators but the one i'm talking about is this http://www.thehorsebitshop.co.uk/product.php?xProd=67&xSec=20
Thanks so much!
