I had a chat with the lady from the Horse Bit Bank after a dressage legal bit, my horse doesn't like a french link or eggbutt mouth piece. She's really fussy in her mouth, so was suggested the neue schule loose ring verbindend with the 12mm mouth piece. Horse is currently going nicely in a loose ring waterford snaffle, but obviously that isn't dressage legal.
Was just wondering really if anyone else has used this bit in their horses??

I used it as it was supposed to "lighten the shoulder" but my horse just seemed to really lean on it

Not sure which it is I bought in the end but it's due for ebay so if you fancy trying it will get the measurements for you

Yep, I used it on the coloured in my sig. He wasnt fussy, but had a tiny mouth and sometimes wouldnt take the contact forward. He was lovely in this and used to work really well in it

I gave it to his new owners when i sold him because he went so well in it

My mare goes nicely in hers. It's the first loose ring snaffle that I've ever been able to use to have a conversation with her - and she listens!!!
I actually have control.

I think it's the way it fits over her enormous tongue.

Another vote for it!!
My 'fussy' mouthed TB goes really well in it. I virtually am a 'bit bank' by the amount of bits I've tried! I also have the Sprenger KK, but he goes better in the NS Verbindend. I believe it's the 'thinness' of the mouthpiece. He is a leaner and will drop on his front end if allowed. My instructor can ride him in anything but she is much stronger than me through her 'core'. Comes from riding up to 6 horses / day!
Anyway, I guess what I am trying to say is that it could depend what results you are trying to achieve & why you want to use it.
Hope this is of some help
